Settlers' Lodge

This is a really nice updated property. Lots of room and different places to hang out. We had a great time!The only thing I would say is the top bunks are not very comfortable.

Our group spent a lot of time on the covered patio. It would have been nice to have more lights so we could be outside after dark.4 rolls of toilet paper was definitely not enough for 10 people staying 4 days

Nice property

The amenities that were listed were all as described. The kids liked the shuffleboard and hot tub. The cabin was updated and the beds were comfortable. The problem we had is we found numerous mice droppings around the cabin and on the beds. We contacted the property manager via the app and called their number the day we arrived and again the following days but never got a response. We ended up washing all of the sheets ourselves. We contacted Vrbo who tried calling the host twice and they weren’t able to get a hold of anyone. Vrbo then sent an email to which they finally replied with an apology and said that they would talk with the cleaning crew. Nothing else, no questions asked, no offers to clean up the mice droppings and no other follow up. We sent them other messages via the app and no reply. Vrbo considered the complaint closed and nothing else was said or down. Very disappointed. We didnt actually see a mouse until the last night but had fresh droppings throughout the week.
